This product arrived, to my surprise, in good condition but another one of my products arrived heavily demaged so I couldn’t use it. Customer support was very fast to answer and very nice at first, offered to pay back my money and for my next order, I’d get a gift. They asked if I could take back my bad review if the new order was alright and I’d get the gift. But I only got back half of my money and when I ordered right away to make use of the promise and get a gift, the customers service pretended they couldn’t find my order number even after I sent a screenshot, they made a fool out of me and told me I didn’t order at their shop. after that they stopped answering me. It's a lovely gel but my skin stayed to such a wet and gluey which is not nice feeling. Good aroma or smell and moisturizing skin that I need yes. Color is sweet. I hope it will be great after the hot days is over. Sad for that this feels gluey on the face, so take a one star away from the points. 😢 I waiting for it over one month and I hope to get as good stuff as the blue one collagen.

I regularly purchase this item. It's my go-to item. One bottle lasts me just over a month and I use it every day as a base to protect my skin before applying my make-up. I've heard that it works for many, almost everyone basically. I'm giving it 4 stars bc it would be unfair to the product itself. My skin is very sensitive and this made my skin, not irritated, but blemishes started to show up. Since this is a not common reaction to the product, I know its my skin not the product that is the problem.
